Becky Hajost is President of the Upper Arlington Area Chamber of Commerce (UAACC), a Central Ohio suburban Chamber established in 1977. Ms. Hajost's experience with small business development, economic development and management provide new direction and stability for the mission of UAACC as an organization that impacts the community and the region.

Debbie Segor, a Florida native, has lived in Upper Arlington since 2005. Debbie brings more than 12 years of marketing communications, event management and technical writing experience to her job at the Chamber.

Debbie recently served a three-year term volunteering with the Pleasure Guild of Nationwide Children's Hospital (NCH) helping to raise money for the pediatric and palliative care program at NCH. For two years, Debbie served on the Pleasure Guild's board as the Events Chair managing fundraising events.

Debbie is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia. She and her husband are raising their two children in Upper Arlington. Debbie is dedicated to growing the membership of the Chamber and helping local businesses expand their marketing reach.

Teresa Conway grew up in Upper Arlington and is a graduate of The Ohio State University. For more than 10 years. Teresa and her husband owned and managed a remodeling and home improvements business. In her capacity as business manager, Teresa managed the financial, advertising and marketing portions of the family business.

In addition, Teresa has extensive experience in event planning, social media marketing and business management for the home improvement and construction industries.
